Scatec Solar is strongly committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Statement applies to www.scatecsolar.com and governs data collection and usage of personal data. By using the Scatec Solar website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Scatec Solar ASA operates the website and is the controller for the processing of your personal data.

To the extent your personal data is processed by one of Scatec Solar’ business units, that business unit will be considered controller when determining the purposes and means for the processing in accordance with any applicable privacy statement for the processing.

If you submit a report through our whistleblowing channel, our third party service provider BDO may collect information about whether or not you are an employee of Scatec Solar and your name, address, telephone number, email address if you choose to provide us with that information. You are not required to answer each question in the questionnaire and you may choose to remain anonymous. The data processing is necessary for our legitimate interest of discovering breaches, suspected breaches or incidents and for the purposes of carrying out the obligations relating to social security and social protection law.
